New Flatiron NYC Retail Location For Leading Performance Footwear Brand

JRM Construction Management completed a 3,800-square-foot tenant improvement for Salomon in New York’s Flatiron District, delivering an updated retail environment for the performance footwear and outdoor brand.

The project included installation of large-format stone tile flooring throughout the sales floor, along with new track lighting to support product displays and merchandising. JRM also completed a storefront glazing and entry door replacement, including a new entry mat.

Additional scope included upgrades to the existing fire alarm system, completing the infrastructure and finish improvements throughout the ground-floor retail space.
