Luxury Shopping Destination For Premier Auto Maker In Aventura Mall

JRM Construction Management completed work on a new high-end retail location for Ferrari in Aventura Mall, a luxury shopping destination in Aventura, Florida. The new space for the premier luxury car brand features a stunning new sales floor to take advantage of the high-foot traffic retail area.

JRM worked closely with Noberto Rosenstein and Restekc, the project’s architect and MEP engineers. Construction of the space included the installation of new partitions creating fitting rooms, a cashwrap area, and dividing the sales area from the back-of-house space. JRM also installed new state-of-the-art lighting and completed mechanical modifications to the space.

Ferrari’s new store features walls with built-in display shelving, clay finishing plaster by Matteo Brioni, and fitting rooms clad with leather. The storefront also features new custom Ferrari signage.
