JRM Construction Management, LLC (“JRM”) has developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we may collect, retain, use, process, share and transfer your personal data when you visit our website. JRM respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through compliance with this Policy.

What JRM Collects

JRM does not collect personally identifying information about individuals except when specifically and knowingly provided by such individuals (such as voluntary submission of an email address or application for employment). JRM will not trade, sell or rent personal information but may collect or provide aggregate statistics about its site and users to other parties. This website logs IP addresses, the type of operating system and browser software the visitor’s computer uses as well as the pages on this website accessed by each visitor.

Google Analytics Data

JRM uses website data to analyze the collective characteristics and behaviors of our visitors and to measure overall user demographics and site interests. JRM uses Google Analytics to collect information about your visit to our site including:

  • How you arrived at our website;
  • How long you stay;
  • Which pages you visit;
  • What kind of computer, browser, and operating system you are using; and

Marketing Cloud FX

JRM’s website uses a software tool called MarketingCloudFX (MCFX) which helps us better understand our users’ experience (e.g. how much time spent on which pages and which links clicked).
We use MCFX to capture the following data from our forms online:

  • Name;
  • Email;
  • Location;
  • Device Information;
  • Comments/Questions left by users on “Contact Us” page;
  • Time spent on site; and
  • Medium where user came from.

Information Gathered and Used

Information provided by users and collected will only be used to generate follow-up messages for JRM only. E-mail addresses and any information collected will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.

Because we value your privacy, we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not collect or distribute any personally identifiable information without prior written consent.

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act

We are in compliance with the requirements of Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

Links to other websites, not owned or controlled by JRM are made available because we think they might be useful or of interest to you.
