JRM Construction Management completed work on PacSun’s pop-up store located at 503 Broadway in the SoHo neighborhood in New York City.
JRM worked closely with the California lifestyle apparel brand throughout preconstruction by providing budgeting and constructability reviews to assist PacSun in determining their pop-up location.
The new store features merchandise displays, fitting rooms, utility closets, new millwork, lighting fixtures, and cash wrap. Additionally, JRM installed new electrical wiring for lighting, signage, and POS systems.
