New Retail Store For Luxury Fashion House In Sawgrass Mills Shopping Center

JRM Construction Management proudly partnered with luxury fashion house Roberto Cavalli, in collaboration with RDC Architects, to deliver a transformative retail build-out at Sawgrass Mills in Sunrise, Florida. The refined sales floor features elegant marble flooring, custom display fixtures, and elevated lighting that highlight the brand’s bold aesthetic.

As part of the infrastructure upgrades, JRM installed a new rooftop unit, air handler, and ductwork distribution system to support optimal climate control throughout the space. Back-of-house improvements included newly finished restrooms to enhance staff comfort and functionality. The completed boutique offers a sophisticated shopping environment that reflects the signature style of Roberto Cavalli.
