Modern New Workspace For Prominent Non-Profit GMCVB

JRM Construction Management partnered with the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) on a 20,000 SF build-out of their new offices located in the Citigroup Center commercial tower in Miami, Florida. JRM’s work also involved renovations to the building’s core restrooms, corridors, and elevator lobbies.

Our mission was to transform non-profit GMCVB’s space into a modern and sophisticated environment. The office build-out features all-new office fronts, high-end LVT flooring, and cutting-edge conference rooms equipped with Modernfold partitions. Elevating the experience, the high-end break room and welcome area are adorned with tile, custom millwork, and custom ceilings.

Working alongside Solutions Builders, G Alvarez architects, and Dalla Rizza engineering, our team executed a seamless renovation that perfectly aligns with GMCVB’s vision.
