JRM Construction Management completed a build-out for leading investment banking and financial securities firm Piper Sandler’s new offices located in Related’s Esperante Corporate Center at 222 Lakeview Avenue in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach, FL.
This project entailed a complete build-out of the 10th floor suite that overlooks the Palm Beach Intercoastal Waterway. The scope of work included new work areas, a catering kitchen, a state-of-the-art conferencing area, all new mechanicals to support operations, and a stunning open-function reception area.
In addition, the space features high-end finishes including a custom millwork reception desk, a stone chiseled tile feature at the reception area, and oak wood paneling throughout.
