Extensive Renovations & Upgrades Throughout Firm’s New Jersey Offices

JRM Construction Management completed an extensive renovation and upgrade project for an investment banking firm’s offices at 385 Rifle Camp Road in Woodland Park, NJ. The 14,000 SF project was carried out in two phases, with the 1st phase covering the ground and
1st floors, and the 2nd phase covering the 2nd, 3rd, and 5th floors.

The project’s scope involved major upgrades to the ceilings, MEP systems, lighting, wall coverings, millwork, bathroom fixtures, and amenities. JRM also renovated the main cafeteria, entrance lobby, large three-story atrium space, three floors of main corridors, four floors of pantries, and two core bathrooms. Prior to demolition, JRM removed existing furniture that was later reused throughout the lobby and 1st floors.

The project also included modern decorative wall-coverings, window treatments, and state-of-the-art light fixtures. JRM coordinated closely with contractors on-site to ensure that the building remained fully operational throughout renovations. The office now boasts modern and efficient amenities that will meet the needs of its employees and clients for years to come.
