JRM Construction Management completed a 10,500 SF interior fit-out for Magna Management in Lower Manhattan in just four months. The project involved extensive coordination to transform the office space into a modern workspace for the New York-based investment firm.
The carefully-selected design elements, including an expose structural deck overhead and contemporary light fixtures give the space a modern, industrial feel.
The offices also feature demountable Teknion perimeter glass office-front partitions throughout, and a personal decorative tenant convenience staircase and support steel framework.
