JRM Construction Management completed a 33,000 SF interior build out for Torys LLP at 1114 Avenue of the Americas. The new space includes law offices, multiple conference rooms and legal support spaces.
JRM constructed a new elevator lobby, reception areas, a law library, copy center, café, pantry, ADA bathroom, work stations, and private offices. Additionally, several core areas of the building were renovated with new MEPS, IDF closets and fire alarm systems.
