JRM Construction Management completed work on international law firm Vinson & Elkins new headquarters in the iconic Grace Building, located at 1114 Avenue of the Americas.
The expansive 76,500 SF project encompassed a two-and-a-half floor build-out featuring a stunning new reception area, elevator lobby, and multiple state-of-the-art conference centers with full AV capabilities.
JRM worked closely with Gensler architects to bring Vinson & Elkins vision for the space to life. The new space includes numerous private offices, workstations, legal file storage areas, and a cafe pantry.
