Restack Across Six Floors To Modernize Global Law Firm’s Offices

JRM Construction Management completed a six-floor workplace restack for Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe at 51 West 52nd Street in New York City, continuing a longstanding partnership with the firm more than a decade after originally building its offices.

The transformation introduced a state-of-the-art conference center, multiple meeting rooms, a sophisticated reception area, and an employee café and lounge, complemented by high-end finishes throughout. The renewed workplace was built to support greater collaboration, flexibility, and the evolving needs of a leading global law firm.

Executed in two carefully coordinated phases within an occupied environment, the project minimized disruption to ongoing operations while maintaining progress across all six floors. The completed restack reflects JRM’s expertise in delivering complex workplace transformations through precise planning, quality execution, and long-term client partnership.
