Offices For Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance Firm In US Bank Tower

JRM Construction West completed a comprehensive building upgrade project for Silverstein Properties at the US Bank Tower in Los Angeles. With Rahsaan Hatter representing Silverstein Properties, alongside architectural design by Wolcott Architecture and engineering by AMA Consulting, this project has revitalized the 33rd floor into a modern office space for insurance firm, CNA.

This extensive project encompassed a complete demolition of the existing tenant space, followed by a new fit-out including private offices, an open office area, a wellness room, IT and phone rooms, huddle & conference rooms, a kitchen pantry, and a reception area. Key features include full-height glass walls with gradient-patterned privacy film in private offices and a Modernfold folding glass wall system in the conference room, enhancing flexibility and openness.

The HVAC system was upgraded to DDC controls, and new lighting solutions from Intense Lighting and Finelite, along with fabric-clad Turf slab light fixtures, were installed to create an inviting atmosphere. Custom millwork cabinetry and upholstered benches were added to the break area, along with new appliances, combining functionality with aesthetic appeal. Completed a week ahead of the planned turnover date, this project not only showcases JRM West’s commitment to delivering high-quality and timely solutions but also marks a significant improvement in the building’s infrastructure.
