JRM Construction Management completed a 67,000 SF, two-floor interior build-out for a Confidential Fintech Firm at 1 Madison Avenue in New York City, creating a dynamic workplace that supports collaboration, flexibility, and large-scale engagement. Working with SL Green, Studios, and LB Architects, JRM transformed the space into a modern corporate hub tailored to the evolving needs of the financial technology sector.

The build-out features a range of high-impact amenity spaces, including a multi-functional café that also serves as an auditorium and presentation venue, a large training room, and a central gathering area anchored by a refined reception and check-in experience. Additional spaces include conference rooms, breakout areas, flex workspaces, and a dedicated outdoor terrace that enhances connectivity and employee experience.

Architectural highlights include a striking curved feature staircase and two custom-built stages that serve as focal points within the office. The completed project reflects JRM’s expertise in delivering sophisticated, high-performance workplace environments for innovative global companies.
