New Offices For Financial Investment Firm In Durst Organization Property

JRM Construction Management was tapped by the Durst Organization for a project at their 825 3rd Avenue property to build-out a space for a state owned financial institution. The project entailed the installation of ALUR office fronts, Plyboo wood ceilings, and wood veneer wall paneling.

JRM built-out modern new workspaces, private offices, an employee cafe, a sleek reception area, and a stunning new conference room. The space also features Nanometer Nanotex fabric light fixtures and a new pre-action sprinkler system.
