Expansive Multi-Floor Offices For National Financial Advisory Firm

JRM Construction Management completed a 110,740 SF new headquarters project for Citrin Cooperman located in the iconic, Tishman Speyerowned and operated building at 50 Rockefeller Plaza in Rockefeller Center. The scope of work for this multi-floor headquarters project included high-end custom finishes throughout.

Citrin Cooperman is one of the nation’s largest professional services firms. The firm’s new headquarters includes numerous workstations, private offices, state-of-the-art conference rooms, huddle rooms, and a boardroom with full presentation capabilities. JRM also constructed a new client lounge, phone rooms, an employee cafe, a print and mailroom, an IT workroom, a mother’s room, and file storage areas.

The office’s training and collaboration area features a moveable partition which allows for maximum flexibility and the new space also includes a support receptionist area, a tax library, and research space. JRM worked closely with the Spector Group, and RDA for MEPS, to ensure all
project goals were met and the national account leader had room for growth accommodated in this new build-out.
