Modern Boutique For Non-Profit Retailer In Palisades Village Shopping Center

JRM Construction West completed the retail build-out of The Little Market store at Pacific Palisades Village in Pacific Palisades, California. The Little Market is an independent non-profit, and this was the client’s first retail store.

The project spanned a period of 9 weeks and included curved archways at the back-of-house, floating millwork with whitewashed shelves, recessed LED lighting, a Lutron lighting system, and an exterior display window for posters.

Space within the store was limited, which presented challenges for JRM in finding adequate space for the trades to work. Additionally, JRM oversaw an intricate process to obtain the correct finish for the white-washed wood.
