Fast-Track Build-Out For Luxury Italian Retailer In South Coast Plaza

JRM Construction Management completed a fast-track build-out for luxury Italian fashion retailer Eleventy at South Coast Plaza, delivering an elevated space inspired by the relaxed palette of a Mediterranean beach house. Working with Pierluigi Bonvicini Architecture and Absolute Consulting Engineers, the team executed the project within an active luxury shopping environment while maintaining the schedule and exceptional quality throughout.

A key feature of the new space was the custom millwork package fabricated in Italy, blending travertine stone and stainless steel details throughout the sales floor. The layout was carefully planned to maximize merchandising and circulation, while incorporating two fitting rooms, a comfortable seating area, and a café bar to enhance the customer experience. A new compact stock room supports back-of-house operations. The boutique was completed with a full-height glass storefront, creating a bright feel and showcasing the brand’s refined aesthetic to passing shoppers.
