JRM Construction Management completed an exclusive new restaurant and lounge located at 35 Hudson Yards. JRM worked closely with David Bucovy Architect and engineering group AKF to complete the 10-month long project.

The new restaurant and lounge is designed to provide members with a unique and glamorous dining and winetasting experience. With a David Rockwell Design and Lutron Lighting Controls, the new high-end restaurant includes the main dining room, two full-service kitchens, and an extensive private club area with an expo kitchen as well.

The space features a bronze monumental staircase connecting the three floors of the property. Throughout the three floors, high-end finishes include metal inlaid, plaster-treated cove ceilings, as well as wood and cork wall paneling. The new space is also home to a wine case with a 5,000-bottle capacity. JRM performed all general contractor responsibilities for this build, including the coordination of client trades, as well as working with the managers and tenants of the base building during the interior construction.
