JRM Construction West completed a 7,000 SF structural repair of the historic bridge at The Langham in Pasadena, CA. JRM worked closely with the local historic department and preservation architect to ensure all project requirements were met. Repairs were phased to accommodate guests on the open bridge throughout construction.
The project scope included new structural beams and column reinforcements masked with wood cladding, Top-Cast topping throughout matching the bridge’s original historic look, a new 20’ concrete grade beam at the bridge end, along with new LED lighting throughout.
