JRM Construction Management completed a new building construction project for Canoe Brook Country Club, a private, family-oriented country club located in Summit New Jersey.
The project encompassed the contruction of a new bag storage building and caddy shack. The new facility houses a kitchenette, caddy lounge, caddy restrooms, showers, and lockers.
The full scope of work also included site improvements, new concrete foundations, wood framing, modern new interior finishes, and upgraded MEP systems.
