Comprehensive Façade & Entry Renovation At Bergen Town Center

JRM Construction Management, in partnership with Urban Edge Properties, has completed a comprehensive facade and entry renovation at Bergen Town Center in Paramus, NJ, enhancing the mall’s curb appeal and overall customer experience.

The scope included power washing and painting the entire mall facade, installing new wood siding and custom decorative soffits, refinishing existing storefront systems, and adding sleek ACM panel cladding at the main entry. Before refinishing, JRM modified existing parapets and windscreens to modernize the exterior profile. The work required close coordination with Let It Grow, Inc., the client’s landscaping vendor, as new sidewalks and hardscape planters were installed simultaneously. All work was completed with the mall fully operational and on schedule for the holiday shopping season.

Additionally, JRM repainted the five-level parking garage and refreshed all associated wayfinding graphics, resulting in a cohesive and polished look across the property. This renovation shows JRM’s expertise in delivering functional, visually striking retail environments that enhance customer experience and strengthen brand presence.
