JRM Construction Management completed an extensive seven-floor phased renovation of a prestigious U.S. law firm’s New York City offices at One Battery Park Plaza.
The 152,000 SF project included over 200 private attorney offices, legal support areas, administrative space, and a law library.
Additionally, JRM built out a new lobby, reception area, multiple conference centers, and a stunning staircase connecting several floors. The space also features a large auditorium with theater seating and full presentation capabilities.
