Two-Floor Workplace With Intricate Feature Stair For Biopharmaceutical Firm

JRM Construction Management completed a workplace transformation for Roivant Sciences at 1 Penn Plaza in New York City, spanning the 54th and 55th floors. The project delivers a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment that fosters collaboration, flexibility, and employee well-being for the biopharmaceutical leader.

The 54th floor features a mix of open work areas, private offices, meeting rooms, and support spaces organized around a welcoming reception and elevator lobby. Above, the 55th floor features amenity-rich spaces, including a café event area, a raised lounge platform, and a fitness room. A striking interconnecting feature stair serves as the centerpiece of the space, linking both floors while encouraging movement and interaction.

Delivered in collaboration with A+I, Gardiner & Theobald, AMA Group, and Severud Associates, the project showcases JRM’s expertise in creating modern, high-performance workplaces that bring people together and elevate the office experience.
