JRM Construction South is completing building infrastructure upgrades and interior build-outs for real estate investment firm, Prime Rock, at their Renaissance Business Park development located in Fort Pierce, Florida.
The project will begin with a complete demolition throughout the existing space. JRM will then construct new offices, a science lab, a retail store, and two new warehouses.
Additionally, the property will be upgraded with all new electrical panels and HVAC systems along with new bathrooms and glass entrances.
