New Showroom & Corporate Offices For Leading Global Fashion Distributor

JRM Construction Management completed the 33,000 SF build-out of Randa Apparel & Accessories’ new corporate office and showroom located at 417 Fifth Avenue. Randa is one of the world’s largest fashion clothing and accessories companies with a portfolio of over 60 brands spanning across 15 countries.

JRM constructed a modern new showroom space for Randa with multiple collaborative workrooms, pinup space, and display areas. Additionally, the new space includes a reception area, private offices, workstations, conference rooms, a kitchen pantry, renovated core bathrooms, skylight windows, and new MEP systems.
