JRM Construction South completed an expansive new showroom and service center for luxury electric vehicle manufacturer Lucid Motors at the Miami Worldcenter in Miami, Florida.
The project entailed the construction of a sleek new customer experience area with built-in displays, back-of-house offices, restrooms, and breakrooms. JRM completed structural modifications to support the installation of roll-up gates and installed vehicle charging hubs in the new showroom.
JRM was responsible for coordinating all trades involved in the project, including owner-direct trades such as signage and low-voltage scopes. The showroom also features a new storefront with custom Lucid Motors signage.
