JRM Construction Management completed an 11,040 SF flagship showroom for repeat client Polestar in Beverly Hills, California. The project delivered a refined retail environment that reflects the performance EV brand’s commitment to innovation and sustainability.

The full interior build-out included new lighting systems, upgraded HVAC distribution, renovated restrooms, glass office fronts, and a new concrete subfloor crafted to support the showroom layout and vehicle display needs. JRM also installed custom storefront signage and sleek display elements that reinforce Polestar’s minimalist aesthetic.
