Pace University

Location 15 Beekman St, New York, NY

Project Size 197,000 SF

JRM Construction Management completed an expansive build-out of 12 academic floors for Pace University in New York City. The building at 15 Beekman is a new 26-story mixed-use vertical learning hub on the corner of Beekman and Nassau Street.

This new state-of-the-art addition to Pace’s Lower Manhattan Campus is home to new classrooms, student residences and life spaces, a campus cafeteria, and administrative and faculty offices. The building also houses Pace’s primary NYC campus library, the Birnbaum Library, and the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems.

Pace is the sole occupant of the development, utilizing 103,000 SF for student life and academic programming across the lower 11 floors of the building and 94,000 SF for student residences and amenity spaces across the upper 13 floors. The remaining available square-footage is dedicated to infrastructure systems and service spaces throughout the building.
