JRM Construction Management completed the interior build-out and relocation of the upgraded headquarters for national accounting firm and returning client, Marcum, at 730 Third Ave in NYC. The new 50,000 SF interior space was built-out over a five-and-a-half-month construction period.
The two-floor build-out included creating a slab opening and installing a stunning new feature staircase, fully upgraded MEP systems to support Marcum’s operations, an exposed ceiling with SonoSpray carpet, and stone finishes throughout.
JRM constructed a new reception area, executive suite, state-of-the-art conference center, an employee cafe, private offices, and open work areas. JRM also coordinated with the client to provide office fronts, furniture vendors, and low voltage contractors to complete a holistic project.
JRM is also working with Marcum’s Fort Lauderdale team to build their new Florida offices at 201 East Las Olas Boulevard.
