JRM Construction Management completed an interior build-out of new offices for a leading global insurance firm at Brookfield Properties’ 225 Liberty Street.
The project included the installation of a new staircase connecting two floors seamlessly, making office movement easy and convenient. New circular glass huddle rooms offer a unique and modern feature, promoting creativity and collaboration amongst employees.
The reception area is adorned with a sleek Newmat ceiling. JRM also installed a green moss and mycelium wall to bring a touch of nature inside the office. JRM worked closely with the entire project team to ensure that all project goals were met.
