JRM Construction West completed several build-outs for La Colombe, including their first West Coast location. The 1,300 SF retail space was completed during a three-month timeline that included multiple site visits and inspections to ensure the project satisfied L.A.’s rigorous codes.
JRM worked alongside architecture firm, RAC Design Build, to complete the fit-out, which included the installation of a floor-to-ceiling glass storefront set into steel window framing, walnut millwork throughout the space, glass-globe fixtures, lighting timer controls, and coffee and espresso equipment.
Additionally, JRM Construction West coordinated with a full food service team to ensure requirements were met for the proper installation of electrical and plumbing for all food service equipment.
