JRM Construction Management was tapped by global luxury hospitality powerhouse Major Food Group to retrofit the former WS New York private members club and tavern at 35 Hudson Yards in New York City.
The space that JRM originally constructed was transformed into ZZ’s Club, an exclusive member’s club with a private location of the renowned Carbone restaurant.
JRM completed significant updates to all the finishes throughout the multiple floors, entirely transforming the interior to bring Major Food Group’s vision of a luxurious grand space to life.
The numerous updates included all-new plaster ceilings, custom murals, drapery, decorative chandeliers, and highly intricate millwork throughout the bar fronts. JRM also modified infrastructure systems to support the private club’s operations.
The finished concept features an intimate wine and spirits-focused lounge on the second floor and an exquisite dining room on the first level.
