State-Of-The-Art Data Center For Fortune 1000 Energy Services Firm

JRM Construction Management performed building and infrastructure upgrades for a Fortune 1000 energy services provider located in Wall Township, NJ. JRM completed work while the facility remained fully operational, requiring close coordination throughout the process.

The project’s scope entailed the relocation of an existing data center to another area on the same floor. JRM completed modifications to upgrade the existing mechanical, electrical, fire protection, security, and IT infrastructure systems. New CRACs, PDUs, and UPS systems were installed, along with monitoring and control panels.

JRM worked closely with the private client to maintain the data center’s continuity of service and operations during construction. Protocols were developed for clear communication of construction activities while scheduling downtime and system shutdowns. JRM also provided onsite support during IT migration and commissioning, including function and integrated testing.
