JRM Construction Management completed a confidential client’s office relocation to the 4th floor of 110 Edison Place in Newark, NJ. This project unites their Jersey City and Summit teams into a single, innovative 22,000-square-foot space within the iconic Ironside Newark building. JRM focused on creating a modern and collaborative environment, with new office spaces, a café dining area, and a client experience center, all developed to foster productivity and engagement.

Achieving LEED Gold certification, this project reflects our commitment to sustainability. A standout feature is the expansion of the existing terrace, incorporating folding glass Nana Walls to blend the indoor and outdoor areas seamlessly. This element not only enhances the workspace’s aesthetic but also its functionality. This transformation highlights JRM’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable, and dynamic workplaces.
