JRM Construction Management is working on a project for Tribeca Investment Group at 295 Fifth Avenue. The 600,000 SF, $120M scope includes the repositioning of the existing commercial building with a full gut of the space, demolition of the top floor, and construction of a new amenity floor at the top of the building. JRM will upgrade the infrastructure with a new elevator core, cooling tower, and fire suppression system as well as replace windows and create a “white box” finish of the floors.
