Dynamic Multi-Floor Headquarters For Leading Law Firm

JRM Construction Management completed a prestigious office build-out for Covington & Burling LLP at Hudson Yards in New York City. Delivered in collaboration with client representative Gardiner & Theobald, architect LSM, and engineer AMA Group, the project transformed five floors at 30 Hudson Yards into a sophisticated workplace tailored to the needs of a leading international law firm.

The new space features an intricate interconnecting feature stair and a dramatic double-height multi-purpose room crafted to host large meetings and firm-wide events. Three floors are dedicated to practice and partner offices, while two additional levels serve as state-of-the-art conference centers supported by dedicated kitchens and a servery.

Additional enhancements included upgrades to core restroom areas and the integration of refined finishes throughout the space. The completed project delivers a highly functional and elegant environment that supports collaboration, client engagement, and the day-to-day operations of a modern global law firm.
