Modern New Offices For Leading Global Provider Of HVAC Systems

JRM Construction Management completed a 13,000-square-foot office build-out for Daikin, creating a modern workplace that highlights the company’s history through a dedicated showcase and museum-style display area. Working in collaboration with VA Spaces, GHT engineering, and client representative JLL, the team delivered a functional corporate environment for a leading global provider of HVAC systems.

The new space features a large boardroom with a Skyfold partition and an adjacent translator room. Two additional Skyfold partitions were installed in private office areas to provide flexibility. Curved drywall and glass office fronts add visual interest throughout the layout.

The project also included two new ADA-compliant restrooms, private phone rooms with acoustic panels, and upgraded finishes throughout. Marble flooring defines the elevator lobby and reception area, where wood veneer wall paneling creates a warm, professional first impression. The finished space supports daily operations while reflecting Daikin’s brand and growth.
