JRM Construction Management completed Venrock’s New York office at 7 Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan. The 5,315 SF space involved an extensive relocation of Venrock’s financial consultancy operations.
JRM delivered the project on an accelerated 15-week schedule in advance of the scheduled turnover date, which involved precision planning and coordination to minimize disruptions to Venrock’s business and client service.
The build-out itself incorporated challenging features such as hand-applied concrete finishes, a wireless lighting control system, segmented curved glass partitions and walnut millwork.
