Lobbies

Location U.S. Bank Tower, 633 West 5th St, Los Angeles, CA

Project Size 17,000+ SF

JRM Construction West completed a de-branding of the U.S. Bank Tower for the building’s new ownership, Silverstein Properties. The project included the removal of all signage throughout the exterior of the building, all elevator lobbies, and across the management floor. JRM also patched and refinished all surfaces. A secure partition was constructed around sensitive MEP equipment in the parking structure to protect it as work was completed.

As part of an extensive modernization of the high-rise for Silverstein Properties, JRM West also performed a complete renovation of the main lobby. This 17,000 SF project was completed in phases to ensure the space remained accessible throughout construction. The scope included the exterior trellis, the pathway to the interior parking garage, regrading and striping for ADA compliance, and a complete demo of all finishes.

JRM installed a sleek new live-edge entry desk, seating cabanas, a new feature green wall, a fireplace, and a cafe and juice bar area. The renovated lobby also features stunning wood tambour details throughout the space.
