Sanctuary
Location 358 N Beverly Dr, Beverly Hills, CA
Project Size 1,430 SF
JRM Construction Management completed a full demolition and tenant improvement build-out for women’s fashion retailer Sanctuary in Beverly Hills, in collaboration with Valerio Architects, Acies Engineering, and client representative Aileen Zelekowitz.
The project included demolition of the existing storefront and installation of a new recessed storefront system, along with all-new electrical distribution and a custom lighting package featuring FormaLighting, Ecosense, Formulaluci, and Marset fixtures. The HVAC system was fully replaced, utilizing linear diffusers concealed within ceiling light coves to maintain a clean architectural aesthetic.
Interior elements include rammed earth plaster niches with varying tones and wave patterns, complemented by Portola limewash finishes throughout. The space features custom millwork with integrated lighting, including brass hang bars, shelving, and display tables, with stone and travertine elements at the cash wrap and back wrap areas. Flooring consists of custom-poured microtopping on the sales floor and curved inset carpeting within fitting rooms.
The exterior façade was refreshed with new custom plaster and illuminated signage, completing a highly detailed retail environment.
