Expansive 3-Floor Offices For Leading WPP Global Healthcare Marketing Firm

JRM Construction Management completed an interior office build-out for Ogilvy CommonHealth (OCH), a WPP company located at 400 Interpace Parkway in Parsippany, New Jersey. OCH is a creative agency focused on marketing and advertising in the healthcare space.

JRM oversaw the 75,000 SF project which encompassed 3 floors inclusive of an open office environment with extensive meeting spaces, internal stairs, support spaces, a media suite, an innovation lab, and a client conference area. Additionally, JRM managed the relocation of a 1,600 SF server room offsite.
