Two-Floor Restaurant With Expansive Dining Room For Artfarm Hospitality

JRM Construction Management completed the stylish new location for Manuela, a renowned Los Angeles-based restaurant by hospitality group Artfarm, at 130 Prince Street in the heart of NYC’s vibrant SoHo neighborhood. Spanning 7,500 SF across two floors, the sophisticated venue includes a contemporary 130-seat dining room, an inviting outdoor seating area, and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground level.

Additional project highlights include a spacious cellar-level prep kitchen, an expansive bar area integrated into the dining room, and striking new storefront signage. In close collaboration with Artfarm, Carlyle Development Services, Mancini Duffy, Russell Sage Studio, and MG Engineering, JRM delivered a thoughtfully constructed, high-end dining environment showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
