Grab-And-Go Restaurant With Extensive Infrastructure System Upgrades

JRM Construction West completed work on Lola’s Cafe, performing a full demo of the existing space from the previous tenant. New plumbing infrastructure was installed throughout the cafe, including all new waste, vents, and water lines at the front-of-house and kitchen area. In addition, a grease interceptor, water heater, prep sinks, and lines for espresso and coffee machines were also added.

JRM upgraded the electrical for the kitchen as well as furnished and installed new walls, ceilings, and closets throughout the space. High-end finishes included polished and sealed concrete floors, subway tile accents, all-new millwork cabinetry, and solid surface tops. JRM was in charge of coordinating all owner-supplied equipment and decorative art installations.
