JRM Construction Management completed the interior build-out of the new Eddie Bauer retail store located in the American Dream shopping mall in East Rutherford, NJ. Eddie Bauer is an international outdoor apparel and accessory brand with over a 100-year-old history.
The new 3,670 SF store features polished concrete floors, reclaimed barn wood feature walls, and an aluminum and glass storefront. JRM installed new fire and sprinkler alarm systems, along with all new HVAC equipment, and anti-theft systems to support Eddie Bauer’s operations.
The store includes fitting rooms, fixtures and racks to house merchandise, state-of-the-art lighting and audio systems, as well as a video array wall.
