New Café In Westfield Century City For Renowned Italian Marketplace

JRM Construction West completed a distinctive design-build kiosk for Eataly at the prestigious Westfield Century City shopping mall in Los Angeles, California. This compact yet sophisticated space offers espresso drinks, pastries, and pre-baked goods within a stylish kiosk featuring custom millwork, natural stone countertops, brass accents, curated lighting, and unique exterior panels showcasing artwork by a local artist.

Leveraging our partnership with Eataly, JRM collaborated closely from the initial concept to the final construction, using a streamlined design-build delivery model in partnership with RDC. Early involvement enabled real-time problem-solving, proactive coordination with the mall’s operations team, and efficient compliance with Health Department requirements. Despite the project’s small footprint and accelerated schedule, meticulous attention to detail and craftsmanship were maintained, reflecting Eataly’s authentic Italian elegance brand ethos.

This successful kiosk is part of a broader design-build collaboration with Eataly, including similar café locations in New York City, underscoring JRM’s expertise in delivering distinctive retail environments that seamlessly blend efficiency, quality, and brand integrity.
