JRM Construction Management completed an interior build-out of the amenity spaces at Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club, a prestigious private country club located in Miami, FL.

The scope of work focused on the third floor of the club, encompassing a full refresh of the Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms, amenity areas, and common corridors. The project was carefully executed to remediate and revitalize these spaces while preserving the refined character befitting an exclusive club environment.

The newly constructed amenity areas offer members a sophisticated retreat for both relaxation and entertainment.
