Modern New Primary Care Center For Atlantic Medical Group

JRM Construction Management completed work on a project to demolish and fully renovate Atlantic Health System’s existing retail space at 284 Millburn Avenue in Millburn, NJ.

This 19,800 SF project features new exam rooms, shared physician offices, a reception/waiting area, a blood drawing area, private offices for the manager and the lead physician, a nurses station, a medical supply area, a lounge area for staff, and bathrooms.

The scope of work also included structural modifications, the installation of a new storefront, and a concrete ramp. The project finishes feature new sound-rated drywall partitions, acoustic ceilings, and a medical-grade finish package with sanitary flooring and finished walls.

The new practice also includes a new medical lab and low voltage equipment, wiring and programming, plumbing, upgraded HVAC and electrical systems, and all-new LED light fixtures.
