New Primary Care Clinic With 27 Fully Equipped Exam Rooms

JRM Construction Management completed a new primary care clinic for Atlantic Health System at 45 Pearl Street in Metuchen, NJ. The new facility boasts an impressive layout, featuring 27 exam rooms, two nurse stations, eight workstations, and a well-equipped reception area. These carefully designed spaces provide a comfortable and efficient environment for both patients and medical professionals.

JRM’s scope of work encompassed the complete transformation of the existing space, including all new finishes, from sleek carpentry and ACT ceilings to new flooring and millwork throughout the clinic.

In addition to the aesthetic enhancements, JRM was responsible for relocating vital building systems. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems were rerouted to optimize functionality and ensure the clinic operated smoothly.
