9-Story Facade Renovation & Lobby Improvements For Sedesco

JRM Construction Management completed a full façade renovation and mezzanine extension for real estate investment and development firm Sedesco at their 7 West 51st Street property.

JRM constructed a new glass storefront and a stunning 9-story rain-screen limestone façade.

Additionally, JRM made significant capital improvements to modernize the building, including a new state-of-the-art fire alarm system, a full lobby renovation, and the installation of new elevators.
